Service Description

I deliver sound meditation and sound bath sessions using crystal singing bowls. The bowls create a range of sounds and emit a unique energetic vibration. Sound meditation is deeply calming and balancing for body and mind. Sound meditation sessions can be incorporated into any of the activities above, or they can be booked as standalone sessions.
